Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3–4 members on-site, overseeing the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures.

You will ensure quality craftsmanship, manage safety, and deliver projects that meet clients’ visions. Responsibilities include supervising field staff, building from the ground up, operating tools, and maintaining productivity across diverse outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of 3–4 field employees.
