Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Westwood, MA to help customers create memorable framing solutions and keep our store well merchandised and in-stock. You will assist shoppers, process transactions, and support omni-channel activities while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, stocking, and helping customers locate products, with opportunities to contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and selling products to customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
