Michaels in Beachwood, OH seeks a capable Store Lead to guide a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and help customers craft memorable framing solutions. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workloads, coach selling behaviors, and ensure high‑quality framing outputs.

The role includes overseeing inventory, safety programs, and onboarding new team members, with opportunities to participate in Talent Development and Performance Mgmt.

Formación

• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPI’s and manage framing team to reach their KPI targets.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
