Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate at our DESTIN, FL location to help customers find framing products and create custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, build relationships, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and supporting omnichannel processes while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines. Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience or experience selling products and/or services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and delivering framed products on time.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and associated stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products they need.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions according to SOPs.
• Support Omni channel processes and store policies.
