Job summary

Responsibilities include leading a framing team, achieving KPIs, handling inventory and safety programs, and acting as Manager on Duty when required. Strong leadership and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience a plus.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to build strong customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet KPI targets and deliver on-time framing jobs.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; act as MOD when needed.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of team members.
