Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member in Plymouth, MN to assist customers with custom framing solutions and to process sales at the register. You will help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment and support omni-channel processes while delivering friendly service.

Responsibilities include operating framing equipment, following SOPs, stocking, and assisting with truck unloads.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred, including experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need.
