Job summary

Michaels Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock merchandise, and operate a fast, friendly checkout. You’ll help shoppers find products and enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.

Other duties include restocking, unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and ensuring a safe, well‑ merchandised store. Available to candidates 16 years or older; some evening and weekend hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate checkout.
• Assist with stock replenishment, price changes, and planograms.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Educate customers on Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise recovery, and stock availability.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
