Michaels Store - CHI-VERNON HILLS, IL is seeking a storefront associate to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well merchandised space.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and supporting omni-channel tasks while following SOPs. Retail experience is preferred; basics like measuring and framing equipment handling are required.

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Assist customers, helping them find products and maintain a well merchandised store.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and assist with omni-channel processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
