Job summary

Michaels Stores in the United States is seeking a customer-focused associate to help customers in the framing department. Build relationships, guide customers to framing solutions, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will handle daily tasks including framing orders, cash handling, stocking, and supporting Omni-channel processes, with flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and propose custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and related areas in the store.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Support store readiness, stocking, and safety programs.
