Michaels in Naperville, IL is seeking a Store Associate to build customer relationships and craft custom framing solutions while helping customers find products. You will help maintain a well merchandised and in-stock store and assist with omni-channel processes.

You will operate the cash register, complete framing orders on time with quality, and support safety programs. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are included.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred and experience selling products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and helping customers shop.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other areas; support omni-channel processes.
• Follow SOPs, support safety programs, and keep the store clean and well merchandised.
