Caliber Collision – Madison Service Center is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds. You will blueprint, align, and restore panels to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver quality results.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on repair experience, frame/structural expertise, and a commitment to precision.

Formación

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and precise reassembly.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from Fender Benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Finish with quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
