Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for our Madison service center. You will perform full collision repairs from dents to frame work, using precise blueprints and top-tier equipment to restore vehicles to factory specs.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to blueprint and repair to factory specs.
• Precise welding and panel alignment skills.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Repair panels and structures to factory specs.
• Carefully reassemble and finish to top quality.
• Work with the team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
