Caliber Collision in Madison - East Towne is seeking a skilled auto body technician. You’ll perform full collision repairs and structural work, blueprint and execute fixes, and reassemble with precision. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
