Job summary

Guerlain, part of LVMH, seeks a seasoned fragrance training professional to lead in-person and online programs, develop content, and coach field teams. You will collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure world-class training delivery that supports product launches and luxury brand events.

The role emphasizes live streaming, content localization for the China market, and driving engagement through innovative training methodologies.

Qualifications

Experience training staff for prestige cosmetic/fragrance brands.
Fluent Chinese and English, strong written and spoken skills.
Ability to develop training materials independently.
Strong project management with clear objectives and milestones.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Must be able to perform live streaming and online training.

Responsibilities

Independently deliver fragrance training programs and ensure follow-up, implementation, and reporting.
Demonstrate cross-category training capability and support skincare, makeup, and fragrance training projects when required.
Support training and presentation activities for key brand events, product launches, client events, and live-streaming projects.
Continuously enhance learning experiences by leveraging diverse training methodologies to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Independently develop, update, and maintain fragrance training materials and coaching tools.
Localize global training content to meet market needs and update content on digital platforms.
Monitor industry trends and consumer insights to drive innovation in training content.
Collaborate with HQ training teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Deliver TTT programs to field training teams, strengthening fragrance expertise.
Coach and support the Fragrance Experts community to elevate knowledge and service standards.
Establish training effectiveness tracking mechanisms and analyze KPIs with field teams.
Optimize training strategies based on performance insights and data analysis.
