International Cosmetics and Perfumes in Short Hills is hiring a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve sales goals. This role reports to the General Manager at the Short Hills Boutique and involves active participation in events and in-store promotions.

Candidates should have 3+ years in retail sales, familiarity with fragrance or luxury goods, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales experience.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and execute in-store events.
• Proficient with computers and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience in-store.
• Drive retail sales plans at store level for Creed.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell.
• Support market calendar actions, presell launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness.
• Participate in department, store, and cross-location meetings with management.
• Collaborate with management to drive all aspects of the business.
• Open and close if based in boutique location.
