International Cosmetics and Perfumes is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at the Houston boutique to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales goals. This role emphasizes brand alignment, customer engagement, and teamwork within a luxury retail setting.

The position requires 3+ years in retail sales, strong communication, and the ability to support events and promotions while lifting up to 25lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong sales experience in retail/fragrance industry.
• Experience in building relationships in a retail setting.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with reporting tools and basic computer skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multitasking.
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards.
• Drive store-level sales and support Creed sales team to meet sales plans.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and upsell.
• Execute market calendar actions, presell launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Support and attend meetings with management and teams.
• Collaborate with manager to drive business growth.
• Manage event presell, goals and setup.
• Open/close responsibilities if boutique location requires.
