Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes, Inc. is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to execute the customer experience and drive sales at Bloomingdales Fashion Valley in San Diego, CA.

You will be part of a Creed team, delivering branded experiences and promoting the company culture. The role requires at least 3 years of retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage in-store events and launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience; fragrance or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
• Ability to build relationships in a retail setting.
• Detail-oriented with event planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and reporting tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by holding exceptional standards while supporting out of home base sales.
• Drive store-level sales plans and support Creed Sales Team to achieve sales goals in designated stores in market.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell including presale and launch goals set by manager.
• Execute action plans based on market calendar to maximize sales, including presell launches and events in stores with management collaboration.
• Engage with customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Support monthly morning meetings; Department Wide Meetings, Store Wide Meetings, and Out of Home-based Meetings with management and teamwork.
• Partner closely with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Accountable for event presell, goals and setup.
• Open and close duties if position is based in a boutique location.
