Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional service by selling fragrances and related items, contribute to department success, and handle fulfillment. You will support the sales floor, help customers find the right scents, and ensure an inviting presentation of fragrance products.

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time teammates are usually scheduled 12–24 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store for fragrance customers and online channels.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage through demonstrations or testers.
• Maintain presentation, stock, and replenishment of fragrance items and related products.
• Participate in training and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
