Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with customers, team, vendors and community.
• Deliver tailored fragrance recommendations and clienteling-based service.
• Execute promotions, events, and customer outreach to maximize performance.
• Utilize selling tools and devices to provide omnichannel support and product details.
• Build product knowledge and apply suggestive selling techniques; encourage repeat visits.
• Merchandise and replenish stock, maintain visual standards and safety guidelines.
• Support store operations and asset protection initiatives as needed.
