Qualifications

• Customer service focus and drive to achieve store objectives.
• Willingness to learn and build product knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to meet store objectives and metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with customers, team, vendors, and the community.
• Build loyalty by delivering excellent service and tailored product recommendations.
• Execute promotions and events to maximize performance and sales.
• Utilize selling tools and omnichannel devices to provide inventory and product details.
• Continue product knowledge and suggestive selling through training resources and feedback.
• Merchandise and replenish products, maintain visuals and safety standards.
• Support store operations and asset protection processes as assigned.
