Belk in Wilmington is seeking a Fragrance Advisor to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will build client relationships, demonstrate products, and offer personalized recommendations across fragrance brands.

• Must bend, reach, stretch to handle product and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of personal and store key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through building genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships.
• Build customer loyalty by delivering excellent service, utilizing clienteling tools, and offering tailored product advice and recommendations to meet client needs and preferences.
• Execute successful promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confidently speaking to inventory, assortment, and product details.
• Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Merchandise and replenish products timely; maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards per directives.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates and celebrating achievements.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in changing circumstances; support selling and store operations as assigned.
• Support store fulfillment and asset protection by executing omni and operations processes and adhering to safety guidelines.
