CHANEL in New York, NY is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Assistant Business Manager, Flagship to lead a dynamic team delivering elevated client experiences. You will coach, develop, and collaborate with retail partners to achieve business objectives while upholding brand image and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clienteling, events, and seamless store operations in a premium retail environment. Flexibility for late shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS/GED acceptable.
• 3+ years leadership in luxury retail or operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Boutique management: develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor.
• Lead operations: stock, inventory, and visual standards; maintain stock storage.
• Partner with F&B BM and store leadership on events, promotions, and communications.
• Ensure brand image compliance and store standards across the boutique.
• Oversee payroll processes and deadlines in coordination with leadership.
• Drive client relationships through clienteling tools and loyalty programs.
