Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and some holidays.
• In-store, full-time fashion role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-ins to clients.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through outreach.
• Exceed client expectations and support repairs/alterations follow-up.
