The role emphasizes leadership, operations, coaching, and collaboration with the Boutique Director to ensure superior service and store performance. The position requires 3+ years in luxury retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage both sales floor activities and back-of-house operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment and/or operational role preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented and operationally savvy.
• Ability to coach and lead; flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Aufgaben

• Lead the boutique team on the sales floor and support in floor coverage.
• Oversee back-of-house operations and stock/re-stocking needs; 60% on floor, 40% on operations.
• Maintain organized stock storage, inventory reporting, and adherence to SOPs.
• Build relationships with corporate partners and assist in events and brand initiatives.
• Co-own brand image and visual merchandising standards; ensure elevated client service.
