Exemplar Luxury Group seeks a Beauty Advisor for General Fragrance at Saks Fifth Avenue. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and drive cosmetics sales while maintaining a pristine counter and participating in in-house training and events.

You will use Saks clienteling tools to grow your business, attend to customers from greeting to sale, and collaborate with the selling team to exceed goals in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team setting with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales at the cosmetics counter.
• Build and maintain client relationships and pre-book facial consultations.
• Merchandise the counter and close retail sales while upholding brand standards.
