Qualifications

• 10+ years in video or film production including senior roles
• Experience running video at volume with multiple vendors
• Working knowledge of YouTube: titles, hooks, retention, discovery
• Confident in defending creative calls to senior marketers
• Practical take on AI video tools and time-saving uses
• Comfort with async-first, high-leverage problem solving

Responsibilities

• Own video quality standards and QA across every video from script to final cut
• Source, vet and manage video vendors and freelancers
• Build a repeatable production workflow including in-house editing and scripting pilots
• Track cost per video and keep the program within budget
• Coach the creative producer and video strategists on production and client handling
• Explain rationale to clients and push back on feedback that hurts performance
