Scaling.com is seeking an artisan-level creative editor to translate research and founder-led narratives into premium paid-social video assets. You will own angles, script development, and post-production delivery, ensuring accuracy of source material and high conversion.

You''ll work with a team including a Head of Brand and a performance post-production lead, using Premiere Pro and After Effects to craft visuals that earn trust and drive action from senior founders.

Qualifications

• Proven performance at scale in direct-response paid-social video.
• Hands-on After Effects proficiency required.
• Premium-quality video assets for a top-tier audience.

Responsibilities

• Build and edit paid-social video assets from approved footage, testimonials, and b-roll.
• Ensure narrative, pacing, typography, sound, and color deliver the strategy.
• Protect accuracy and context of source material and customer stories.
