Job summary

Phase 3 seeks a Fractional Media Director to lead our media practice with senior-level guidance across paid social, search, programmatic, display, CTV, and more for a diverse client base. This role blends strategy, client counsel and team development in a hands-on leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive media experience in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Leadership in senior media roles (Director/VP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior strategic oversight across paid channels and emerging media.
• Lead integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Mentor and develop Phase 3's internal media team.
• Guide planning, budgeting, measurement and performance reviews.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.
