Job summary

Featherstone Foundation seeks a Fractional Interim Executive Director to guide mission continuity during leadership transition, providing strategic and operational leadership that sustains programs and impact. You will drive fundraising, cultivate grants, and strengthen partnerships to diversify support and stabilize finances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years fundraising experience.
• 5 years proposal writing experience.
• 5 years nonprofit sector experience.
• Ability to multitask and lead diverse teams.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Lead a team of 3 across program directors, managers, officers and consultants.
• Design, manage and implement quality programs for underserved communities.
• Direct fundraising efforts via events, letters and grants.
• Foster trust-based relationships with shareholders, partners, funders.
• Serve as public speaker and PR representative to raise profile.
• Review program reports and submit to funders.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation to capture program impact.
• Review and manage program budgets.
