Job summary
The Veterans’ Foundation is seeking an Interim Digital Fundraising Manager for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This home-based role with UK travel involves leading a programme of digital fundraising and transformation, embedding Salesforce CRM, and delivering digital campaigns to grow supporter engagement and income.
You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising & Engagement to launch and optimise digital platforms, develop supporter journeys, and deliver measurable fundraising outcomes for
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK and current UK residence required.
- Proven track record in digital fundraising, digital marketing or supporter engagement campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of major digital initiatives, including the website launch and optimisation.
- Embed Salesforce as the fundraising CRM and develop supporter journeys.
- Deliver digital fundraising campaigns and introduce new digital products.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies, suppliers and technology partners.
- Develop reporting dashboards and provide performance insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate across fundraising, communications and grants to maximise digital opportunities.
- Champion digital innovation and help transform systems, processes and engagement.
