Monarch is seeking a part-time, remote People & Finance Operations Manager to keep payroll, onboarding, vendor payments, and records accurate. You'll work with our accountant and advisers to ensure precision and timely completion.

The role focuses on payroll processing via Gusto, onboarding, W-2 coordination, and maintaining equity and tax records with Carta. You must handle confidential information with discretion and clear communication.

Qualificações

• Experience managing payroll, employee administration, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion.
• Discretion handling confidential employee and financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Run payroll smoothly and accurately through Gusto.
• Complete new-hire onboarding in Gusto, including I-9 verification.
• Coordinate timely delivery of employee W-2 forms.
• Manage employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Draft new-hire letters and maintain confidential employee records.
• Keep tax and equity records up to date with the accountant and Carta.
