Monarch Crops is seeking a part-time, fully remote HR/Finance administrator based in the United States. You will ensure payroll runs smoothly, onboard new hires in Gusto, handle W-2s, manage expenses, and maintain confidential records with discretion.

You’ll also support vendor payments, year-end categorization, equity record maintenance with Carta, and coordination with tax advisers. This role emphasizes independence and clear communication with teammates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing payroll and day-to-day financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to finish tasks.
• Discretion handling confidential employee and financial information.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Experience with Gusto and Carta preferred.

Aufgaben

• Run payroll smoothly and accurately using Gusto.
• Complete new-hire onboarding in Gusto, including I-9 verification.
• Coordinate timely delivery of employee W-2 forms.
• Manage employee expenses and reimbursements.
• Draft new-hire letters and maintain required documents and confidentiality agreements.
• Complete employee offboarding paperwork.
• Research benefits plans for future consideration.
• Manage payments to vendors and coordinate with accountants for accurate year-end reporting.
• Maintain equity records with Carta and coordinate with tax advisers.
