National Real Estate Management Group in Seattle is seeking a Fractional Development Manager to partner with executive leadership, identifying and advancing development, redevelopment, construction, and acquisition opportunities in Washington. The role is remote/hybrid with a preference for WA-based candidates.

The position averages 10–25 hours per week and requires strong industry relationships, financial acumen, and a proven ability to move projects from concept through execution while

Qualificações

• 5+ years on real estate development, acquisitions or asset management.
• Strong understanding of commercial/multifamily development processes.
• Existing network in real estate, municipal, or investment communities preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent financial analysis, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work independently in a fractional capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source development, redevelopment, construction and acquisition opportunities in Washington.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, municipalities, developers and strategic partners.
• Support market analysis, site selection, and project feasibility evaluations.
• Assist with due diligence, entitlement, zoning and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with internal operations, finance, construction and executive teams.
• Prepare development summaries, project reports and investment presentations.
• Support capital partner relationships and investor communications.
• Monitor local market trends, competitive developments and economic conditions.
• Support negotiations with vendors, consultants, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic recommendations regarding pipeline growth and expansion opportunities.
