National Real Estate Management Group is seeking a Fractional Construction Manager on an as-needed basis. This role combines office leadership with hands-on field responsibilities and offers flexible work-from-home options.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in construction management or related field, substantial estimating and construction management experience, and a track record of leadership. The company is based in Washington State and serves diverse investors.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management or related field strongly preferred.
• Proven working experience in construction management.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Lead construction team and supervise on-site activities.
• Manage client and superintendent relationships.
• Review project scope to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Develop cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve emergent issues.
