Job summary

Finatal is seeking a seasoned GTM leader as a fractional advisor to guide a private equity–backed carve-out of a c. $1bn revenue enterprise software business. The US-based engagement will be remote with some travel and dedicated to accelerating topline growth.

You will shape a GTM diagnostic, advise management and investors, and help transform the organization. Expect 2–3 days per week for the first 3 months, then ongoing lighter support as implementation proceeds.

Qualifications

• Former CRO or CCO of a software business at $1bn revenue scale or larger.
• Private equity backed experience and comfort with investor interactions.
• Proven track record of restoring growth in a declining sales organization.
• Experience designing and managing channel/partner models.
• Credible at board level and able to mentor a global CRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead a GTM diagnostic and shape the reform plan ASAP.
• Support leadership and investors through the transformation.
• Attend Board meetings and provide strategic guidance.
• Design sales org, incentives, and channel strategy aligned to new logo growth.
