Backbone CFO seeks a high-impact Fractional CFO to join as a peer-level executive leader, operating remotely in the USA. You will guide complex financial decisions, manage cash flow, and steer client portfolios with confidence and strategic clarity.

You will run executive conversations, design robust financial models, and drive disciplined execution across P&L, cash flow, and growth plans for founder-led teams.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in finance or operations at CEO level.
• Experience in fractional CFO or equivalent advisory roles preferred.
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions and coach leaders.
