Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company to recruit a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The engagement is part-time (approximately 10 hours per week) with an initial 3-month term, Atlanta preferred but remote considered for the right candidate.

This role is a strategic finance leadership position to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant financial leadership experience at the CFO, Fractional CFO, VP of Finance, or comparable senior finance leadership level.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI development, and management reporting background.
• Experience helping high-growth organizations establish scalable financial processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic financial partner to executive leadership, guiding financial performance, growth initiatives, investments, and business decisions.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, management reporting, and financial models.
• Lead 2027 budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Assess current finance processes and recommend scalability and control improvements.
• Provide year-end audit guidance and support.
• Strengthen financial reporting and establish an effective operating cadence.
• Guide cash flow, working capital, inventory, and retailer payment cycles.
• Develop reporting across retail, DTC, wholesale, and other channels.
• Support board and investor reporting with financial analysis.
