Job summary

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company to secure a part-time Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The role offers about 10 hours per week, with remote considered for the right candidate and Atlanta, GA as preferred location.

Initial engagement is a 3-month project with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will lead strategic financial initiatives, develop KPIs, dashboards, and robust forecasting, and partner with executive

Qualifications

Significant CFO-level leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Experience building scalable financial processes, controls, and policies.
Experience with cash flow, working capital, and inventory management.
Experience presenting to boards and investors.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership to executive leadership and finance teams.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, forecasting models, and financial analyses.
Lead 2027 budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Assess and improve finance processes for scalability and accountability.
Support year-end audit preparation and financial reporting cadence.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Operations, and Product teams to evaluate profitability.
