World Resource News seeks a Dry Plant Manager for a brand-new frac sand processing plant in Strasburg, OH. You will lead end-to-end dry plant operations, supervise crews on 12-hour shifts, and coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to ensure safety, throughput and product specs.

The role requires 5+ years in frac sand or similar industries, supervisory experience, and MSHA Part 46 training or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in frac sand, mining, aggregates, cement or industrial processing operations
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• MSHA Part 46 training or ability to obtain it

• Oversee dry plant operations end to end: drying, screening, conveying, storage and loadout
• Direct daily dry plant operations and supervise operators
• Monitor throughput, moisture, equipment utilization, downtime and product quality
• Coordinate with maintenance and Logistics; ensure compliance with MSHA and environmental regulations
