Job summary

Independence TX LLC in Strasburg, OH is seeking a Dry Plant Manager to oversee the dry processing side of our frac sand facility. You will supervise drying, screening, conveying, storage, and loadout, ensuring product quality and production targets while coordinating with Wet Plant Operations, Quality Control, and Logistics.

The role requires proven leadership, hands-on plant experience, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in frac sand, mining, or industrial processing.
• Experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
• MSHA Part 46 training or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily dry plant operations including dryers, screens, conveyors.
• Lead, train, and schedule dry plant operators with safety focus.
• Coordinate with Wet Plant Operations, QA, and Logistics to hit production goals.
• Ensure product quality meets moisture, gradation, and contamination specs.
• Oversee maintenance planning and equipment reliability.
• Maintain MSHA compliance and safety records.
