Diversified Protection Corporation in Washington, DC seeks a TAMS/PTS Administrator (FPS Department of Labor) to manage the Training and Academy Management System and the Post Tracking System for FPS contracts.

You will maintain training records, coordinate with HR and Training teams, oversee PTS devices, train staff, and generate compliance reports. Strong attention to detail and collaborative communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must manage training records, certifications, background checks, and compliance docs.
• Ensure FPS-mandated records are stored and transferred to TAMS.
• Coordinate with HR, Training, and Programs to track tests and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and compliance documents.
• Oversee PTS tablets deployment and maintenance.
• Train site personnel on PTS operations and troubleshoot.
• Provide reports on compliance, inventory, and system performance.
• Liaise with FPS reps on system updates.
