Job summary

Center For Family Services in Camden, NJ is seeking a dedicated professional to support the FPS Program's clinical and administrative operations. You will maintain caseloads, refer families to longer-term services, and collaborate with CP&P and other agencies.

Responsibilities

• Participates in ongoing training provided by DCF and Rutgers University.
• Completes paperwork timely and professionally.
• Supervises 3-, 6-, and 12-month follow-ups to determine FPS intervention success.

Salary:

$58,000 to $63,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for assisting FPS Program Director in the clinical and administrative operations of the FPS Program
• Maintains a caseload when needed, utilizing FPS program model and providing concrete services if necessary. Is directly accessible to families 24 hours a day/7days a week
• Assists families by actively referring them to appropriate longer-term services and support, if necessary
• Works cooperatively with staff from CP&P and other community agencies, especially regarding case management issues
• Participates in on-going training provided by DCF and Rutgers University
• Completes all necessary paperwork in a timely basis and in a professional manner
• Supervises the 3,6- and 12-month follow-ups of families to determine success of FPS interventions

Requirements:
