Job summary

Center For Family Services in Camden, NJ is seeking a dedicated professional to support the FPS Program's clinical and administrative operations. You will maintain caseloads, refer families to longer-term services, and collaborate with CP&P and other agencies.

Requirements include an MSW or related counseling degree, LSW preferred, and a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving history. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree or related counseling field required.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Current driver’s license with a driving record of at least three years.

Responsibilities

• Assists FPS Program Director in clinical and administrative operations.
• Maintains a caseload and provides concrete services as needed.
• Actively referrals families to longer-term services and supports when necessary.
• Works cooperatively with CP&P and other agencies on case management issues.
• Participates in ongoing training provided by DCF and Rutgers University.
• Completes paperwork timely and professionally.
• Supervises 3-, 6-, and 12-month follow-ups to determine FPS intervention success.
