Job summary

You will operate testing equipment, document results, and participate in tooling setups and changeovers to support production quality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of hand-tool experience, experience with calipers and pin gauges, and a mechanical mindset.

Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• 1 year of experience using hand tools preferred.
• Experience with inspection equipment (calipers, pin gauges) using metric measurements.
• Plastics, metal castings, and manufacturing background is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; export license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate testing equipment on castings.
• Work with UV light inspection devices.
• Monitor documentation practices and adjust machines to meet quality criteria.
• Clean and maintain equipment and assist with tooling setups and changeovers.
• Use hand tools and measuring devices as part of daily quality checks.
