Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience using hand tools preferred.
• Experience with inspection equipment (calipers, pin gauges, etc.) using metric system.
• Background in plastics, metal castings, and manufacturing settings is a plus.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Export license required; must work with export-controlled technology per US law.

Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, and operate testing equipment on castings using FPI rework tools.
• Use UV light inspection devices in the process.
• Monitor and maintain documentation; adjust machines, set controls, and troubleshoot per quality criteria.
• Clean and maintain equipment; assist tooling setups and changeovers.
• Use hand tools including die grinders, abrasive belts, grinders, files, and measuring devices.
• Other duties may be assigned and cross-training as needed.
