You will troubleshoot equipment, adjust machines, and help maintain high-quality outputs on a production line. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience with hand tools, and familiarity with inspection equipment like calipers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience using hand tools; plastics or ceramics extrusion, or injection/blow mold is a plus.
• Experience with inspection equipment (calipers, pin gauges, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to perform math functions using the metric system and read engineering instructions.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Export license may be required; able to work with export-controlled technology under US export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate benching procedures on castings using basic tools like die grinders, tool belts, buffing wheels, blast cabinets, and auxiliary equipment.
• Prepare castings to be visually inspected.
• Use Mercury to verify serial numbers, adjust machines, perform troubleshooting, and maintain part quality.
• Perform improvement analysis and basic or defined maintenance with maintenance technicians or external service providers.
• Cross training and other duties may be assigned as needed.
