Job summary

RTX is seeking a Second shift Quality Inspector for its Pratt & Whitney Springdale facility in Arkansas. The role focuses on inspecting internal case structures, preparing inspection documentation, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality and operations, review drawings, and use specialized inspection tools including FPI equipment. DOT/FAA testing policies apply to this safety‑sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma with around 1 year of related experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to access restricted systems.
• DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing policy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Inspect internal case structure using inspection equipment and ensure acceptance of parts.
• Prepare and complete required inspection documents, reports and stamping of work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, quality lab, operations and materials as needed for the inspection process.
• Review work instructions, repair operations requirements and blueprints.
• Use inspection tools throughout the process including FPI equipment and fixtures.
