Job summary

Synopsys, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to architect and lead hardware assisted verification engagements for Emulation (ZS5, ZeBu-200) and HAPS FPGA prototyping.

You will shape customer solutions around design challenges, performance, and debugging needs, working directly with prospective and existing customers to drive adoption of AI-based support models. You will travel to customer sites for evaluations, deliver compelling demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to move

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Emulation, FPGA-based prototyping, ASIC design, or SoC validation.
• Deep understanding of RTL-to-hardware workflows and design challenges.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for evaluations and engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect pre-sales and post-sale technical engagements for Emulation and HAPS FPGA prototyping.
• Present tailored hardware assisted verification solutions addressing partitioning, performance, and debug.
• Create and deploy Agentic AI agents and skills for hardware verification platforms at customer sites.
• Conduct evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and benchmarks to prove value.
• Collaborate with the sales team to shape opportunity strategy and handle objections.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and architecture reviews.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer architects and engineering leaders.
