RTX Marlborough, MA is seeking a Digital Electrical Engineer I to design and develop next-generation circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and FPGA-based solutions. You will work with AMD, Altera, and Microchip architectures, delivering across gigabit interfaces, RF/EO DSP, embedded controllers, and processor interfaces.

In a cross-functional agile team with systems, mechanical, and software engineers, you will contribute from architectural concepts and modeling to hardware integration and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
• Experience with digital electronics, circuit design/analysis, digital design, or HDL coding targeting configurable logic devices.
• Experience with test equipment for circuit characterization, debugging, and validation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and verify digital architecture, circuit card designs, and FPGA implementations.
• Model digital algorithms and write high-reliability code for embedded systems.
• Perform component selection, schematic capture, circuit simulation, and collaborate on PCB layout.
• Integrate and validate hardware designs in lab environments with advanced test instrumentation.
• Maintain design documentation and configuration management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support engineering activities from customer requirements to production release.
