You will drive projects from planning through execution, coordinating with engineering, program management, and customers to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires active security clearance, strong project leadership, and experience in Agile environments, with travel up to 10% and onsite work in the US.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required before start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience managing technical projects including schedule, EV management, risk management, and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Engineering for FPGA/ASIC and Foundational Software programs to meet internal and customer commitments.
• Provide project management direction during all program phases from pursuit to execution.
• Track and report cost and schedule status.
• Lead a wide range of entry-level to senior engineers and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% annually.
